Well this is actually and old idea that was brought back by MIT Scientist.
It reminds me of the game Command & Conquer – Red Alert where the Russian had Tesla coils zapping enemy units.
Tesla came from the name of a person, Nikola, Tesla, who is actually a United States electrical engineer and inventor (born in Croatia but of Serbian descent) who discovered the principles of alternating currents and developed the first alternating-current induction motor and the Tesla coil and several forms of oscillators (1856-1943).
It was then, we had wireless power transfer capabilty. Tesla releases deadly superhot plasma energy.
But now, MIT researchers found a way to do it in a “safely” manner. But for me, radio frequencies are hazardous to living organism. get a brief info on it here.
This is basically how it works.

At a rate of 10Mhz, surely more people would be suffering from radio frequency radiation.
It is a basic law of physics, where energy is not destroyed, it is just got transfered. For example, if you are using a mobile phone for about half an hour, surely you will get a headache. Mobile phone transmit a standard frequency of 2Mhz. Imagine what 10Mhz would do if you are tagged to it daily.
Technology does have its advantages, but more often, have it disadvantages.

He has always been interested in computing. He is very passionate when it comes to technology oriented knowledge. He knows that the more that one knows, the more that one needs to learn. Experienced in content management and forms processing, he was a FileNet and Datacap Specialist. He is also a part time gamer and streams sometime.
